This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified video sets, they must respond to this notice before 1230hrs(central time) on August 16, 02. If no respinses are recieved by the above date, a sole source contract with Edge Learning Institute, Inc. will be pursued.
