The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is seeking to procure the following: Targets, LTR IIFTC. A modified Transtar-II target with neckline, 24" x 40". Targets must be printed on 60lb bright white paper with blue ink. Should be packaged 250 per box or equivalent, as to deliver 25,000 monthly beginning September 15, 2007, or as required.
