The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA facility has a requirement for 60,000 cardboard die-cut target backers, 24.5"w x 45"l, 275# test, minimum 40# crush weight. Top of target cut to fit custom target frames (hanging); 1/2" hole cut at the bottom of the backer centered horizontally at the bottom with the top of the hole 1" from bottom of backer.
