ACA Northern Region, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide Civilians on the Battlefield (COB), Opposing Forces (OPFOR), and Arabic Speaking Role Players (ASRP) to support the United S tates Army Reserve (USAR), Army Reserve National Guard (ARNG), and Fort Lewis Active Duty Components conducting post-mobilization training at Fort Lewis, Washington. The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the required personnel, management, and other items and services not expressly Government-furnished. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated period of performance is from 6 November 2006 to 15 December 2006.
