This requirement is sole sourced to NIDA Corporation, 300 S. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32904 due to unique capability. This training equipment is the only training system compatible with the U.S. Navy electronics training program and linkable to the NKO training available to DOD employees. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
