We intend to issue a FFP contract to Aerostar International, Inc., 1814 N F Ave., Sioux Falls, SD, 57104, on a sole source basis. This contract is for a T-72 decoy, Zil Transporters decoy and repair of existing decoys currently being used by the Cen ter for Counter Measures (CCM). Aerostar International Inc. has proprietary technology on the thermal heat signature and radar reflective materials needed for these decoys and the knowledge to repair existing decoys already being used by CCM.
