FOR INFORMATION ONLY: Options for Lots 4, 5, and 6 are available to the Air Force to exercise under Contract F08635-02-C-0137, Sole Source to Raytheon Co. Tucson, AZ for Maverick AGM-65 H/K Guidance and Control Sections, NSN 1427-01-456-0081JB, and Maverick AGM-65 H Guidance and Control Sections, NSN 6920-01-480-6359JB. Also included are options for follow-on training and support, data, warranties, circuit card assembly harvesting, and technical data package. There is no solicitation available because the contractor owns necessary data rights. Prospective subcontractors are encouraged to contact the Prime contractor. This is not a notice that any option has been exercised or will necessarily be exercised but is merely a notice that they are available to exercise. These options do not yet have specific quantities and therefore dollar amounts are speculative at best. The Air Force has estimated the value of all the lots combined, if they are exercised, at $47 Million.
