FISC Norfolk Contracting Philadelphia intends to procure a requirement for commercial off-the-shelf courseware library courses for 58,000 users within Navy Medicine for the Naval Medical Education and Training Command, Bethesda MD. The courseware will be primarily distributed via online and on executable CD-ROMS. The US Navy will own the courseware. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for 40 courses. Award maybe split based on the price per class or the total price for all courseware based on the 58,000 users. Samples of courses needed are as follows: “Awareness & Reporting of Patient Abuse, Patient Safety, Sexual Harassment, Infection Control Basics, Blood & Blood Products Administration, Nutrition Therapy, Diversity & Discrimination and Worker’s Compensation”. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NADICS code is 334611.
