This is amendment 0001 to combined synopsis solicitation W91ZLK-06-T-0605. The following information is provided for clarification. The Government is seeking an off the shelf product in response to this solicitation. The following answers are prov ided to questions asked. Question 1-Is there an incumbent provider of the courseware or a technically consistent Program of Instruction? No. Question 2-Is there an assumptive Program of Instruction that has hours of instruction for each of the areas of i nstruction? No. Question 3-Are the identified modules separate or part of an comprehensive program of learning? Separate. Question 4-What is the spectrum of the delivery environment? Will this IMI be used in the classroom or strictly as remote CBT? Both . Is ambient noise (as in a Shop) a concern for narrative? No. Question 5-Are there Standards of Learning for successful completion of the course? Each Module must have objective(s) and also tests or quizzes at the end of each module that students must pa ss to show successful completion of the course. Please note that we are looking for off-the-shelf commercial IMI products that are already developed. The response date has been extended to Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time.
