The singular purpose of this notice is to obtain information on and business concerns preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) interest, capabilities and qualifications to determine if a set-aside is appropriate. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is looking to procure a large inflatable colon, with the following salient characteristics: Must include blower and signage Must include installation hardware Must include repair kit and storage bag Must have a 2 year or better warranty Should be flame retardant Size should be minimum of 10 feet tall, 13 feet wide, and 20 feet long The information obtained through this notice will be utilized exclusively as market research for acquisition planning purposes. All work to be performed will be within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423450 Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, with a Small Business Size Standard of 200 employees. In order to be eligible to respond as an SDVOSB or VOSB, a firm must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) registered in VetBiz. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
