The Contractor shall provide compounded sterile product (CSP) services for patient use for the VA North Texas Health Care System and Amarillo VA Medical Center. The contractor must be a U.S. based company capable of providing pharmacy compounding CSP which have been prepared within a cleanroom which has been certified by a Controlled Environmental Testing Association National Board of Testing (CNBT) as a Registered Cleanroom.
