The U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is seeking sources to provide the services of an U. S. Environmental Protection Agency-approved contractor to remove and dispose Freon from retired equipment at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806, in accordance with all applicable, federal, state and local environmental rules and regulations. The contracting officer is contemplating issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA), with period of performance is planned to be five years, which may include one or more options. Individual BPA calls will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The aggregate of all potential calls is estimated not to exceed $50,000. Award is anticipated in May, 2007.
