The USACE Baltimore District anticipate issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period of 12-months and two (2) 12-months option periods.

This notice serves as a pre-solicitation for Solicitation Number: W912DR-15-R-0041. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be for contractors to furnish the Washington Aqueduct's Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant with Chelated Copper Algaecide 5% as Copper. The Chelated Copper Algaecide conform to the requirements of ANSI/NSF Standard 60.

This requirement NAICS code is 325199 and 100% total Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the solicitation that will be available on or around 05 June 2015. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System (https://www.fbo.gov/index).
