Background: The VAPHS has two divisions: HJ Heinz division, located at Delafield Road, Aspinwall, PA 15215 and University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Scope of Work: Offeror will provide refill service to each of the six reservoirs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays inclusive of holidays. Each refill episode will be complete in that each reservoir will be filled to its capacity. This oxygen is used to supply the companion units of patients who are oxygen dependent and need to carry a source with them that is lightweight. Offeror will supply two liquid oxygen reservoir units (approximately 100 lbs. In capacity), which are compatible with the Puritan Bennett c-1000 portable liquid oxygen unit. These companion units are standardized for inpatients at the VAPHS University Drive division.
