The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from vendors for Ink, Driercobalt, 5.6% printing resinate, high viscosity in 55 gallon drums (425 - lbs per drum) open or close drum head as required by the BEP facility. To be in accordance with BEP specifications D CR-20, dated Oct. 28, 1997. Vendor is to provide certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance & results of inspection for each batch or lot in shipmnet. The basis for this award shall be the lowest price of the technically acceptable sample. Technical acceptability is based on meeting the requirement of the BEP specifications. This order must be palletized. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written offer.
