The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking a vendor to provide 5100 lbs of INK, DRIERBOCALT 5.6% PRINTING RESINATE HIGH VISCOSITY to be in accordance with BEP Specifications. All interested sources must submit a request for RFQ-05-0159 and Specifications. All request must be submitted in writing and sent via e-mail, fax or mail. NO phone request for quotations (RFQs) will be entertained or accepted. All interested sources must provide a sample of the product. Samples must be a least one pound (1) and must be sent in with your written RFQ or sent in advance. Send all samples to the BEP, Fort Worth Facility, in the attention of Loni Spring. Samples sent to the Washington DC Facility will not be considered. All RFQ's will require acceptability and certification through material sample testing prior to award. Delivery terms are FOB Destination tothe Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Fort Worth Facility. ALl responses must be submitted in writing by COB, November 15, 2004. The vendor is to provide certificate of analysis of certificate of conformance and results of inspection for each batch or lot in shipment. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. Fax and mail original certification to BEP contact person, copy of certification with shipment. All inquiries must be in writing and sent to Loni Spring.
