The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from vendors for Ink, Driercobalt, 5.6% printing resinate, high viscosity in 55 gallon drums (425 - lbs per drum) close metal drum. This is to be in accordance with BEP Specificiations D:CR-2D, Dated Oct. 28, 1997. This is small business set aside. All qualified vendors interested may submit an offer which will be considered. All vendors responding, who have not provided this material previously to the Bureau will require acceptablitiy through material sample testing prior to award. BEP Specifications are available upon request. The simplified aquisition procedures set forth in the FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. When requesting the specifications, please refere to (RFQ) number RFQ26-2003-60. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the Bureau of Engraving & Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76131. Delivery is requested within 30 days after receipt of order. The basis for award shall be the the lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is based on meeting the requirement of the BEP specifications. All interested small business are requested to submit a written quotation. All quotations must include the RFQ number, unit price, extended price, company's name, point of contact, address, phone umber, Tax Identification Nuber and DUNS Nubmer. This order must be palletized. The successful bidder must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base. Quotations are due by COB, March 28, 2003/ Quotations must be received at the Fort Worth, TX facility, attention Loni Sping, via mail, e-mail, or fax. No phone calls will be accepted. Any quotations received at the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered.
