USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires seven (7) totes of Hycrete W500 (each tote contains 275 gallons of admixture). The completion date will be no later than two (2) weeks after award. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Hycrete Inc under Simplified Acquisition Procedures due to their patent. Request for W9132T-10-T-0043 will be issued on or about 8 April 2010 with a closing date on or about 13 April 2010.
