This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Launch Systems Inc., 9160 N. Hwy 83, Corinne, UT 84307-9501 due to compatibility with existing material to make a valid scientific comparison of two ground materials. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
