Army Corps of Engineers is procuring Copper Based Algaecide/Bactericide to be delivered to the Washington Aqueduct Facility, Plant Operations Branch located at 5900 MacArthur Boulevard, NW, Washington, D.C. during the period, 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 per the specifications listed in the request for quotations, DACW31-03-T-0112 which is posted and can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. No telephonic nor written requests for this solicitation will be honored. This requirement is unrestricted, however, the awardee must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To obtain this registration, one can go to the website: ccr.gov and complete the information required. See Numbered Note 22 except change the forty-five (45)days to sixteen (16) days.
