The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), Ground Water and Ecosystems Restoration Division (GWERD), 919 Kerr Research Drive, Ada, Oklahoma 74820, has a requirement for compressed and liquified laboratory gasses (including delivery, rental of cylinders (demurrage), and pickup). The exact quantity of these supplies and exact dates for delivery are not generally known in advance and may vary considerably. As such, EPA intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services. Specific requirements are provided below. Specific gasses covered by this BPA include but are not limited to: ¿ HP Helium 4.0¿99.99% Helium ¿ 7.5% Hydrogen in Nitrogen Blend ¿ HP Nitrogen 4.8 99.998% Nitrogen ¿ ECD P-5 Mixture (5% Methane in Argon) ¿ UHP Helium 5.0¿99.999% Helium ¿ UHP Oxygen 4.4 99.994% Oxygen ¿ UHP Nitrogen 5.0 99.999% Nitrogen ¿ Carbon Dioxide 99.9% ¿ UHP Argon 5.0 99.999% Argon ¿ Alphagas 1 Compressed Air (UHP) ¿ GP45 Liquified Argon 5.0 99.999% Argon ¿ GP45 Nitrogen Liquid 99.999% This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 12 Commercial Procedures and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Methods. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 325120, the size standard for which is 1,000 employees. It is our intent to award a single fixed price BPA for one-year with 2 one-year options. A solicitation will be posted to the website www.fedconnect.net.
