The National Institute on Drug Abuse, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition (SS/SA) Branch on behalf of National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) has prepared a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotation. Submit offers on RFQ 60015. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-8. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 and the small business size is 100 employees. SCHEDULE: NIMH has a requirement for: 1) Ninety (90) vials of 2x PCR Mastermix 50 ml; 2) Thirty (30) units of Ice charges (inside delivery); 3) Include shipping and handling charge if applicable. 4) The contractor will deliver three vials of 2x pcr mastermix 50 ml on ice weekly for thirty (30) deliveries not-to exceed one year. 5) The contractor must deliver a.m. hours only and must be adhere to a pre-arranged schedule. The contractor must be able to beginning delivery upon receipt of order (ARO). Delivery is in Bethesda, Maryland.
