Sources Sought Notice
The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (aka. Philadelphia VA Medical Center), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking information on potential sources to furnish Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes for the medical center s nuclear imaging program. The specific items required over a one-year period are listed below. Quantities required vary for each item.

In addition to the listed items, the medical center also requires a vendor who is able to deliver all items to the imaging department located within the medical center at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Deliveries may be required twice a day Monday through Friday, with the first daily delivery occurring at 6:00 a.m. In addition to daily scheduled deliveries, emergency deliveries may also be required within 45 minutes of order placements.
This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSBs capable of providing all of the items required within the delivery timeframes needed. If your company is not capable of providing all the required items, please list the items that you do have the capability to provide. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice.
Additionally, VA is considering the practicality of soliciting for these items using option years to continue delivery beyond one year. Please include in your response, your company s interest in entering into a contract for a base year and one or two option year contract. Please note, any pricing for option years would be required to be priced upfront.
