Deliveries may be required twice a day Monday through Friday, with the first daily delivery occurring at 6:00 a.m. In addition to daily scheduled deliveries, emergency deliveries may also be required within 45 minutes of order placements. This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSBs capable of providing all of the items required within the delivery timeframes needed. If your company is not capable of providing all the required items, please list the items that you do have the capability to provide. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice. Additionally, VA is considering the practicality of soliciting for these items using option years to continue delivery beyond one year. Please include in your response, your company s interest in entering into a contract for a base year and one or two option year contract. Please note, any pricing for option years would be required to be priced upfront.
