Note 22 applies. The government intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with TriVision, Inc. to provide and modify 43 Vinton Vision 11 pan/tilt camera heads to fit on 43 Sachtler Hotpod CF14 tripods, which the contractor will also supply. The Government has determined through the manufacturer that TriVision is the only firm authorized to perform this modification without voiding the Vinton warranty. Other qualified sources are invited to submit a proposal if they can perform the modification and preserve the warranty.
