Technical Q&A Solicitation W9124R-06-T-010 Trajectory Tracker Question #1-Past performance criteria: What happens if a company does not have any past performance to refer to for the requirement? Answer #1-If a company does not have any past performance history for this requirement, they then must provide past performance for products that contain similar technical capabilities. Question#2- Based on that assumption, will the decided-upon criteria be used for all offerors? Answer #2-Yes. Question #3- The solicitation did not explicitly mention if this was an award with discussions or not? Answer #3-This requirement will not be an award with discussions since it will be a commercial firm-fixed price type contract. Question #4-What technical information is the specification based on? The language used is this or similar... what is the this? Answer #4- The techincal information is based upon the minimum required technical needs of the government. This identifies the requested item in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
