AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is an UNRESTRICTED synopsis/solicitation for commercial service/items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Army Reserve Contracting Center, Fort Jackson, SC, intends to award a one time, firm fixed price purchase order for Still and Video Photography Equipment. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.102, Use of competitive procedures will be used to satisfy this requirement. This notice of intent constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct further competition.
