The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotes from vendors for 2,000 each, Sony AIT-3 100GB Blank Video Recording Tape with Pre-Printed Barcode Labels Affixed. The tape barcode label description is: Sequential Barcode numbering beginning with 208,000. Contractor shall provide labels that are one piece polyester material; 6 human readable character horizontal alpha-numerical – Black letters on standard color palette background barcode 3 of 9 with checksum. Delivered to BEP/WCF. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The request for quote number is RFQ-05-0734. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. Award shall be made on the basis of price alone. All interested small businesses are to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
