The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, the purchase of a radiometric camera and Rtools software package to FLIR Systems, 25 Esquire Road, N. Billerica, MA 01862. This software package must be capable of controlling FLIR cameras and performing radiometric analysis on the data, compatible with other IR systems currently in use.
