The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Executive Technology Corp, Charleston, SC for designing procuring and installing PTZ cameras (4 each). Vendors believing they can provide such a product may submit a written response within 10 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 10 days vice 45 days response time.
