Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Pictometry International Corp, 100 Town Centre Dr Ste A, Rochester NY 14623-4260 on or about 1 Feb 2008 for the ?High Resolution Aerial Imagery and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)? of Solano County including Travis Air Force Base. This is sole requirement due to Pictometry has performed the service through Solano County and has the imagery, which Travis AFB is buying. The requirement is a sole source pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and (d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency NLT 4:30PM 31 Jan 2008.
