This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for FLIR Infrared Camera model A655sc w/25 lens, P/N 55001-0302, 640x480 14-bit uncooled detector, with ExaminIR Pro or equivalent, quantity five (5) FlIR A655sc High Temperature option 300C to 2000C, P/N T197896 quantity five (5) FLIR A655sc 13.1mm lens, FOV 45x33.7, P/N T197915 quantity two (2)

This procurement is a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 423410/500 respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.

Delivery to NASA/MSFC Central Receiving Bldg 4631, Saturn Rd. MSFC, AL is required within TBD days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.

Offers for the items described above are due by 06/12/2014 12:00 CST to Steven Shaw at [email protected] and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. If the end products offered is other than domestic end products as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin.

FAR 52.212-2 (JAN 2014) Selection shall be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability shall be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which shall provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement per the attached statement of work.
