This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with World Images, Hillsboro, OR, for one Dirst HL2506AF Aerial Enlarger and associated hardware. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to World Images under the authority of FAR 6.302-1?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to HQ JSOC, Malvesti Road, Fort Bragg, NC. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001.
