This solicitation is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6650-00-958-7408 (Magnifier) not to exceed 60 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for the download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/on or about 10/18/2013, however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Martha Vermaaten at 614-693-1603, or scanned and emailed to [email protected].

NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.

The Small Business size standard is 500 employees.

The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.

Specifications will be available through DIBBS.

Proposed procurement contains a 0 % option for increased quantities.

The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years.

This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6650.

This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does possess complete, unrestrictive technical data.

It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

The contracting officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by October 30, 2013.
