The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to award a single-award, firm-fixed-priced FSS-BPA with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods to Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products, LLC, 510 Furnace Dock Road, Cortlandt, NY 10567. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. It is the Government s belief the proposed candidate is the sole manufacturer capable of meeting the requirement. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. It is the Government s belief the proposed candidate is the only source with the required capabilities to successfully meet the requirement for the OC80 Cost Per Test services for Fecal Occult Testing, which is proprietary to Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products, LLC. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
