The Veterans Administration San Francisco Medical Center Research and Development Group intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NanoString Technologies Inc. for the CodeSet Reagent (XT-GXA-P1CS-384) required for operating nCounter MAX. These reagents will be utilized with previously procured NanoString equipment and to continue to support research projects currently being conducted at the San Francisco VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Wednesday, February 12, 2020, 16:00 EST.
