Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics with the Base + Four Option Periods. The procurement will result in a purchase order for the RALS middleware support to the installation software/licenses to support Point of Care (POC) devices. The existing system is RALS and the purpose for obtaining the RALS middleware technology is to connect multiple devices to one data manager within the system.
