The project extends approximately 0.7 miles along Moreno Street to the intersection of Wilson Avenue, continuing along Wilson Avenue for approximately 0.1 miles to a point 240 ft south of East Main Street. Work consists of concrete and brick paver sidewalk, curb & gutter, grading, and improvement of existing street crossings and pedestrian crosswalks.
