The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development, Office of Research and Development¿s (ORD) National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Air Pollution and Prevention Control Division (APCD) located in Durham, NC a requirement for a Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) analytical system with An autosampler for both canisters and sorbent tubes, a thermal desorption system with ewater managemen system for quantitative sample preconcentration, and a gas chromatograph with time-of-flight mass spectrometer with 1 year parts and labor warranty, and 3 option years for a service agreement. This requirement will be accomplished under FAR Part 8 through GSA ebuy under SIN 615 4. The accessories, computer and software, installation, training, and the service agreement (3 one year option periods) needed for the instrument are open market items. The purpose of this notification is to meet the requirement to synopsize contract actions expected to exceed $25,000 IAW FAR 5.201. It is our intent to award a single fixed price delivery order for the accessories, computer and software, installation, training, and the service agreement.
