The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Western Environmental Technology Laboratory , Philomath, OR, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for a four-year indefinite delivery, requirements type contract for purchase of an anticipated quantity of 40 each (10 each per year) Single-Channel Transmissometers (C-Star) (532 nm deep water). The units are to be integrated with existing SeaBird CTD sensors on NAVOCEANO survey platforms. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price.
