This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business.

Each system shall include:

o Cable interface connection between TCD monitoring system and display module
o Capabilities for simultaneous right and left CBF monitoring
o Sample rate specifications of = 500 Hz
o Analog output capabilities
-0-5 Volt range
-Sensitivity of the signal of 1 volt ? 100 cm/sec
o Integration capabilities with customized programs

Quotes shall include all shipping costs to VA Medical Center Bronx NY, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Room 7A-13, Bronx NY 10468.
The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value in terms of technical capability and price. All non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
