The anticipated Period of Performance or Delivery Date: No later than 8 weeks after contract award

The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 600 Employees.

The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide equipment/supplies with those described in this notice.

THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY SUCH AS TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, ANY OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC SET ASIDE, OR UNRESTRICTED.

NOTE: If this requirement is issued as a set-aside, FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting - Limitations on Subcontracting will apply; by submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Contractor agrees that in performance of a contract it will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count towards the prime contractor's 50 percent subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

All interested sources must submit a capabilities package to the primary point of contact listed below, no later than (NLT) July 20, 2023 at 3:30pm EDT.

AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE POC LISTED IN THIS NOTICE:
1. If Small Business indicate firm¿s size ¿ small or other-than-small; and other socio-economic program participation such as small-disadvantaged, 8(a)-certified, HUBZone, SDVOSB, and/or WOSB/EDWOSB
2. A positive statement of your intention to submit a quote to an upcoming solicitation as a prime contractor.
3. Provide firm¿s UEI Number.
4. Proof that your business is an authorized reseller of the make(s) and model(s) identified in this sources sought.
All of the above information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested qualified parties. If adequate interest is not received from concerns, the solicitation may be issued as another type of set aside or unrestricted without further notice.
