The U.S. Geological Survey Reston, Virginia intends to award on a noncompetitive basis to SEA-BIRD ELECTRONICS, INC. for instrumentation related to 1 each Submersible Ultraviolet Nitrate Analyzer (SUNA) Kit 2. SEA-BIRD Electronics is the only source for development, calibration, sales and support. The Government intends to award this requirement non-competitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures of FAR Part 12, In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15)(i). Proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responsible sources that believe they can meet the requirement described above may submit a capability statement no later than the closing date of this announcement which will be considered by the USGS.
