The NAICS code is 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Bath VA Medical Centers has a requirement for: Item Quantity Haag Streit BQ900 Slit Lamp (LED) 1 Haag Streit Tonometer 1 Specific Technical Elements: The proposed slit lamps shall meet the following Buffalo VA Medical Center technical requirements. The proposed slit lamp shall be a Haag-Streit model BQ 900 LED. The proposed slit lamp shall provide an overall magnification range from 6.3x to 40x. The proposed slit lamp shall have the following technical specifications / capabilities with respect to its microscope: 12.5x microscope eyepiece magnification. Microscope stereo angle of 13 degrees Microscope shall have +7 to -7 diopters and an inter-pupillary distance range of 52 78 mm. The proposed slit lamp shall have an LED light source for slit and background illumination. The proposed slit lamp shall have a ±90 degree slit image rotation range and have the following filters: Blue, red-free (green), and grey (10%).
