Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting AgencySouthern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Campbell Scientific, Inc., 815 w. 1800 N., Logan, UT 84321-1 784. This contract will be for the procurement of (6) IRS21 Interface w/mounting, (6) IRS21 LUFFT Intelligent Road Surface Sensor and (6) SDM-SI04 CSL 4-Channel Serial Data Interface Module that will interface with existing data acquisition equipment. Due to proprietary software this sensor is needed to ensure compatibility. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals.
