Bar code reading and sample tracking required. Ability to run multiple samples in one run. Performance required: High quality DNA with a molecular weight of 50 to 200kb. Obtaining 260/280 absorbance ratio of 1.8-2.0 for archive quality DNA. DNA eluted at room temperature. If insufficient small business responses are received, the action will be advertised for full and open competition. The NAICS 334516 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 1000 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
