PURPOSE: Is to obtain information on a supercritical flow chromatography system (SFC)
BACKGROUND: USAMRICD requires a SFC in tandem with mass spectrometry which has the capability of analyzing and collecting samples based on real-time analysis on both analytical and semi-preparative scales. Additionally, the system must be able to operate at flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 15 mL/min and accommodate columns ranging from 0.46 to 1 cm diameter.
