The MECs are for a quantity of 72 sensor belts

1. FDA 510K certified
2. Wiegh no more than 38g and an ideal size of no larger than 78mm x53mm x 10mm
3. Be fully rechargeable within approximately 1 hour
4. Ability to operate between -10 and 55 C and between 0-95% relative humidity
5. Must have a memory of no less than 8GB
6. A battery life of no less than 24 hours
7. Have class 1 Bluetooth capabilities with no less than a 100m line-of-sight range
8. Be able to interface with computer systems via USB
9. Be capable of obtaining 2 lead electrocardiogram (ECG) waveforms
10.Sensor belt size must be breathable fabric with embedded ECG electrodes
11.Sensor belt must be adjustable to accommodate a circumference of 74cm

Must collect the following physiological measures:

12.Electrocardiogram (ECG) waveforms (256Hz)
13.Heart rate (up to 240 beats per minute)
14.Skin temperature (0-60 C)
15.Respiration rate (0-70 breaths per minute)
16.Tri-axial accelerometry (X,Y,Z) with a sampling rate up to 256Hz
17.Body position and motion status

Must be able to accommodate addition configurations:

18.Ability to interpret USARIEM Physiological Strain Index (PSI) algorithm
19.The ability to receive telemetry data from core temperature pills
20.Accept external sensors: oxygen saturation, galvanic skin response (GSR), and heat flux (HF)
