THIS IS A REVISED RFQ. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center located in Grand Forks, North Dakota requires a quantitative polymearase chain reaction (PCR) equipment to get real-time PCR results that can be used for quantitative analysis of mRNA. Equipment demonstration prior to award may be required. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before March 8, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-008-82HW-02-REVISED which will be available on or about February 28, 2002. The anticipated award date is March 11, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
