This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatinn included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this procurment is 541710 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a purchase order for 1 each Qiagen BioRobot M48 (BRAND NAME ONLY) to include Starter Pack, App. Package M48 Inf. Dis (CD), Application Expansion Pack and to include installation. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-1, Instruction of Offers Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
