Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Setra Systems Inc, located at 159 Swanson Rd, Boxboro MA, 01719-1304 for the following: Quantity of eight (8) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 25A, Quantity of ten (10) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 250A, Quantity of eight (8) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 500A, Quantity of six (6) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 1000A, Quantity of eight (8) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 3000A, Quantity of ten (10) each, Pressure Transducer model 205-2 5000A. Setra Systems Inc are the sole manufacturer of the items being solicited. These items are replacement stock and must be compatible in form, fit and function to existing equipment in order to maintain consistency and ensure the reliability of data collected from Bradley M1A3, Abrams M1A2, Stryker and M915 vehicle tests.Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2005-38 effective 01 February 2010, Class Deviation 2009-O0009.
